Coty has announced it is expanding operations in its Sanford, NC facility. The new operations will include installation of four new manufacturing lines and expansion of its distribution capacity.

As a result of the expansion, Coty plans to close its facility in Mt. Olive, NJ. These operations will be consolidated into the expanded Sanford facility. The company stated it intends to help the 200 Mt. Olive employees find positions within Coty.

The transition is expected to be completed by the second or third quarter of 2007. More information: www.coty.com.
